History
We started our business just before 911 in Austin Texas. Med-Rover asked us to take over the stalled installation of 10 videoconferencing classrooms district wide for Austin ISD. This installation was complete with PolyCom equipment.
We have designed and implemented many small jobs over the years. We take pride in supporting our client’s smaller and medium size projects. We excel at performing on-site evaluation the same day. Trying our best to provide repair or work-around the same day. Usually, we can repair the problem within 48 hours.
Our origins were PictureTel based videoconferencing systems. But we were early adopters of the Polycom’s innovative videoconferencing equipment. We have completed many large-scale installations like the 2010 and 2017 refresh of the Tri-Servies Research Laboratory at Ft Sam Houston.
We were a Poly supplier of first choice. Now we are excited to be an HP/Poly partner.

About UsTexas Multimedia Services Inc. (TMS) is an audiovisual integration firm. We do provide design built, repair, and installation of control rooms, stadiums, parade grounds, Houses of Worship, and large or small conference rooms. We also provide repairs for Houses of Worship, commercial clients, and a large number of Federal clients. Most of our technicians have over 20 years’ experience in AV and IT experience.

ProductsAs an AV Integrator, we utilize over 400 different companies for our various installations. As you might expect, we integrate everything that could be imagined. We have integrated most of the current videoconferencing manufacturers.
The primary equipment manufacturers we use are HP/Poly, Extron, LeGrand, Da-lite, Stewart, Crestron, AMX, Optima, Sony, Panasonic, LG, Sharp, Samsung, Peerless, Chief, JBL, Sennheiser, Biamp, and Listen Technologies. We try to use the best products at fair prices we can. The main reason we use the best products we can, is because it lasts. Many of our installations last over five years and have little or no downtime. |
